Getting Started with QuickClaim Integration

QuickClaim streamlines the NDIS bulk claiming process by validating your claims before submission. To set up this integration, you will need an API key and specific settings enabled on your ShiftCare account.

Before you can use QuickClaim, specific backend features must first be enabled on your account. Please contact ShiftCare Support (support@shiftcare.com) and request to enable QuickClaim Integration for your account.

Support will generate an API Key for your account and send it to QuickClaim.

Configuring Claim Types in Price Books

With the integration enabled, a new Claim Type will appear in your Price Books. This ensures that QuickClaim knows exactly how to process specific services.

  1. Navigate to Account > Prices.

  2. Edit an existing Price Book or create a new one.

  3. In the Claim Type dropdown, select the appropriate type for that service:

    • TRAN: Provider Travel

    • IRSS: Improved Rental Search and Support

    • NF2F: Non-Face-to-Face

  4. Click 'Save'.

Configuring Payment Types

To ensure invoices are routed correctly, you may need to configure Payment Types within your Client settings.

  1. Navigate to Clients > List and select a client.

  2. In the Details page, select the client's Default Payment Type from the dropdown menu to specify how this service is funded.

  3. When adding or editing a shift for the client, make sure the Default Payment Type is used.
