PRODA B2B Device Expiry Extension

The steps in this article are only necessary if you're using PRODA integration and your device is expiring soon.

Please send an email to dimas.triaji@shiftcare.com when you have extended the expiry, along with the new expiry's screenshot, or at least share the new expiry date.

Please follow the steps to extend the expiry period of your B2B device.

Step 1: Log in to PRODA and select Organisations

Step 2: Select the organisation name under which your B2B device is registered

Step 3: Locate the Extend B2B Device Expiry button

  • Scroll down, select/open B2B Devices, and then click on your device name.

  • Then, under Device details, navigate to Device Management and click the Extend B2B Device Expiry button.

Step 4: Confirm the extension date

You’ll get a prompt asking for confirmation of the device expiry extension date. Click ‘Yes’ to confirm.

Step 5: Share the screenshot of the new device expiry date with ShiftCare
