This is really helpful and generally deleting the app and reinstalling will work here. When your phone has a lot of apps and data on it it can slow down and cause errors so first you should delete any unnecessary apps and data.

  • Click Apps Menu

  • Choose Installed Applications

  • Find the ShiftCare Application

  • Select it, navigate to the Storage Tab

  • Tap Clear Storage/ Clear App Data/ Clear App Cache

#3 Check storage space

Your phone can not operate properly unless you have at least 15% spare storage space. Delete unused apps and files:

  • Delete unused app (filter by date last used)

  • Delete downloads and useless files

  • Move large files to the cloud

  • buy an micro SD card for extra storage space

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

#4 Overheating phone

Phones do not operate well in heat, even sitting out in the sun can cause a phone to get to temperatures that are above operating limits.

  • Leave phone in the shade

  • Check charger and charging port for damage, if so contact your manufacturer or buy a new charging cable
