Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Why does a newly created shift already have KM entered in its mileage?

This usually happens when the shift was created using the Extend Schedule function.

When you extend a recurring schedule, the system copies the details from the last shift in the current series. If that shift already has mileage (KM) entered, typically because it has been completed, those values will be carried over to the newly created shifts.

To avoid this, we recommend either extending the schedule before the last shift is completed or reviewing and updating the mileage field for the new shifts as needed.
