This article covers how to increase the number of licenses on your account so you can invite more staff members. This is a subscription setting that an Admin user can edit.
If you are reading this guide, you may have seen the error message "Number of users can not be greater than max subscription limit."
Adding to Your Account's Allowed Number of Staff
To upgrade your subscription and increase the number of staff members:
Navigate to Account > Subscription > Details from the sidebar menu.
Here, you can see your current plan, billing period, and the number of staff members and Connect users you have on your account.
Use the + button or manually enter a number to set how many staff members and Connect users you want in your account.
The total amount will update automatically as you make changes. Click 'Update Your Plan' after making the necessary changes.
Click 'Confirm' in the pop-up window to apply the subscription change. Please take note that your credit card will be charged immediately.
You have now successfully added more staff/Connect users.
Click 'Update Payment Details' to change your billing information/credit card details.
